I'm home again and I've got some new works coming so I try to put those in here until I go back to Helsinki It's so nice to be home because here is still so much snow and I went even to ski today. It was fun! But all of you...Happy Easter and do not eat too much chocolate Like I wouldn't.... And by the way...I'm totally hooked to Bleach right now!

As for drawing a Japanese Spitz, I'll tell you what I tell everyone who requests I draw a certain breed - I'll do it if I get inspired to, for whatever reason. :3 If it's just a random dog standing there then I'd rather not. I've been studying breed distinctions for a while now, and now that I've more or less got the hang of it I want to move on and draw different things! Hope you understand. ^^

I understand so don't worry about it I know that's really hard to draw something if you don't have inspiration at all at the moment...even if you really would like to draw something but you just can't because of lack of the sertain feeling

Yep, that's exactly it. Thanks! I don't want to just be 'that girl who draws dogs' anymore, I guess! Don't worry, drawing is something I plan to keep doing long-term - I'm an art student right now and I plan to make a career out of it too.
Heh. It actually kind of bugs me that people like the Ouran dogs more than my original art, but then that's why I don't really upload fanart anymore. xD

Coming artist huh? That's wonderful! I thought some time too that I would like to be an artist or animator (rather this), but then I decided that no...wanna keep it as hobby only And now I'm veterinary student and I love it!
Well...if you would ask me I say that those Ouran-dogs are not exactly fanart...or kind of they are but...you know...mangaka hasn't created the characters as dogs. Those are totally created by YOU so that's why i think you can't say that they are actually fanart. Do you understand what i'm saying? My thoughts are often so difficult to express...
Ooooh how wonderful!! I wanted to be a vet student before. I'm happy with my chosen path but I do intend to have lots of animals and get into dog sports like agility and flyball, so my love of animals isn't completely unsatisfied!
Actually, I thought of them because of something the mangaka herself said -- in one of the volumes she mentioned that Mori had a personality like a Siberian Husky and that Honey would be more like a Pomeranian. And regardless, they were inspired by Ouran in the first place, and aside from species they are the same characters. So yes, they are fanart. And I get the feeling that most people fav them because they like Ouran and these characters. I suppose that they think what I did was clever, but even so, it means more to me when people like my own characters -- the ones that are not of anyone else's creations. You see?

It's so nice to be home because here is still so much snow and I went even to ski today. It was fun! But all of you...Happy Easter and do not eat too much chocolate
